The Barron Center

The Barron Center operate out of clinics located on both the U.S. West Coast (Beverley Hills) and the East Coast (New York). Surgical penis enlargement procedures are performed solely by Dr. Rodney S. Barron, a Board Certified Urologist.

Dr. Barron is one of a handful of penis enlargement surgeons who has abandoned the use of traditional girth enhancement procedures such as Fat Transfer and Dermal Graft Augmentation in favour of a more sophisticated tissue grafting technique that uses grafts made from a substance known as Alloderm. Alloderm is processed cadaver dermis i.e. donated human skin that has been treated to remove the risk of recipient rejection and to ensure it is free of potential disease.

Although Alloderm is a costly material – the typical girth enlargement procedure uses $4000 worth of Alloderm – the material removes the need for grafts to be taken directly from the patient and therefore, reduces postoperative recovery time. As with Dermal Fat Grafts, Alloderm grafts are layered around the penis to build up the desired girth and are generally considered to avoid many of the tissue reabsorbtion complications associated with Fat Transfer procedures.

Penis lengthening and girth enlargement performed together: $11,900

The Barron Center website makes interesting reading, particularly the section detailing Alloderm. There’s also a photo gallery of some of the Doctor’s work, some of which is pretty impressive. Again, information about the potential risks and pitfalls of penis enlargement surgery is a little limited, but the site is still well worth a look – if just to see what can be achieved if all does go to plan.
