Dr Rheinschild faces possible disciplinary action and even a reprimand of his license following accusations that he messed up 3 penile enhancement surgeries prior to 2005.

According to the California Medical Board, Rheinschild, 75, is believed to have caused gross misconduct in his treatment of these 3 men and of continuing to practice despite revealing signs of cognitive impairment.

Divulging his case, Rheinschild’s Costa Mesa attorney claims that these complaints against his visual capacity are false, as a Judge has already announced that he is not visually incapable of performing surgery. Continuing, Rheinschild attorney says these allegations are due to others urologists endeavoring to ruin his surgical reputation, and nothing more.

Despite begging for corrective surgery Rheinschild refused.

Case Two: 21 year old patient approaches Rheinschild in 2005. In his documentation he noticed that Rheinschild’s surgical hands sometimes twitched and his memory was forgetful. Thirty-five days after the $8,000 surgery, the skin graft attached onto his penis ripped open and his penis began to shorten and curve. After repetitively attempting to get a follow up with Rheinschild – who refused – the patient went to another cosmetic surgeon to receive reconstructive surgery on his penis shaft.

Case Three: Following penis enlargement surgery performed by Rheinschild, patient three moaned about of pain and a raised mark after skin was taken surgically removed from his lower back to build the skin flap. As well as this scarring the claimant indicated that his penis was becoming discoloured. Despite repetitively trying to reach Rheinschild continually, his calls were never returned until he told Dr Rheinschild that he would take him to the Medical Board
